Zumbathon Prizes!

We decided to organize this Zumbathon after hearing the plight of the Cache Community Food Pantry.  They just completed construction on an incredible new building which will really step up the level of service they give their clients.  However, they still need thousands and thousands of dollars before they have enough money to pay for the building.  

So my wonderful friend Arianne Spahr asked me, Megan, if I would help her put together a fundraiser for the Food Pantry using Zumba!  I thought it was a great idea, but didn't realize it would balloon into something so big!   It's really become a community event.  Many members of the community have helped contact businesses and posted flyers.  Tons of Zumba instructors throughout Cache Valley have volunteered their time to teach, and all sorts of businesses have donated money and services to the cause.  It's been an amazing journey and we are so amazed to see everything come together!  Our team has grown to include more friends who have spent countless hours helping to organize, arrange playlists and ensure that this event will be awesome!

So please come support the Zumbathon on Friday, October 26th at the Logan Recreation Center!  And check out some of these amazing prizes that will be given away that night:

THIS Wednesday, October 24th, go eat at Noodles & Company in Logan.  They will donate 25% of whatever they earn from 5-9 p.m. to the Cache Community Food Pantry!!!  Check out their menu HERE!

Help the Cache Community Food Pantry!

As many of you have probably heard, the Cache Community Food Pantry is in need of some serious funds- in the neighborhood of $100,000.  They are finishing construction on their new building, which helps feed close to 600 families in our valley each month. 

Many of you have probably heard their ads on the radio urging everyone in the valley to contribute or start fundraisers of their own, so we wanted to help!  

Join us for a Zumbathon! on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26th from 7-10 p.m. at the Logan Recreation Center. A $10 entry fee gets you 3 whole hours of Zumba, a raffle entry, food and fun!  Additional raffle tickets can be purchased for $1 each, or 30 tickets for $20.  ALL donations are tax deductible and will go directly to the Cache Community Food Pantry.  Our goal is to raise $10,000 that night. This is such a great cause and it will be an unbelievable night!  Put it on your calendar today!
